Stuart Models / Stuart Turner 6A Compound Marine Steam Engine

Approximately 3/4 completed 6A compound engine, well machined with raw castings supplied to finish the model. Comes with a full set of plans and other hardware; eg. injector, water and steam valves, gauges etc. There is enough already done to give you a huge head start but sufficient left to make it your own model. The castings alone today would cost in excess £3500 and the model is still current so any parts required could still be sourced. Once completed the engine is rated at approximately 4HP and will power an 18 to 20ft launch / boat.

An older set of castings, approximately 3/4 completed to a very high standard by a competent engineer. We beleive there are sufficient castings to complete the model however you will need some fixings and steel stock.
